Liquid I.V. is the latest company to offer their product free to COVID-19 responders and healthcare facilities. It is great to see companies do something extra for healthcare workers during this time.
Liquid I.V.’s primary product is a “hydration multiplier.” The “hydration multiplier” is a non-GMO electrolyte mix. They claim that “1 stick of Liquid I.V. can provide 2-3x the hydration of water alone.”
You can request Liquid I.V. at an individual level or at a healthcare facility level to be distributed sitewide. In order to get your free Liquid I.V. you have to fill out an online request form. This is a great product to get for free now because many healthcare workers state that they are consuming less water now that they are wearing masks more frequently. Each time a mask is removed is an opportunity for fomite transmission.
