Tresso Sarchimor Coffee
Tresso Limited Harvest Whole Bean Sarchimor Coffee is grown on the Finca el Ensueño estate. Finca el Ensueño is located in Huatusco, Veracruz, México which is 1220 meters above sea level. The Sarchimor variety is processed with the honey or pulped natural process. The honey process Tresso uses is a hybrid process where the beans are depulped, but not washed before they are dried. This process creates beans that are more complex than washed coffee, but less fruity than natural beans.
