Staples has a great deal on paper compostable bowls, plates, and cups made by Perk. The savings range from 50% to 58% off depending on the product. Unlike most of our deals which are Amazon deals, this is a Staples deal and I do not get a commission on the sale.
Perk compostable products are meant to be composted in large commercial compost facilities. They do not compost well in home compost bins. They also do not compost in the normal trash since there are not the right conditions for items to compost. If you plan on throwing them in the normal trash, there are paper products that are made of less material that would be a better option.
