Amazon has a great price on Earth Friendly Products ECOS Orange Plus Cleaner, 22 ounce, 2 Pack, for $4.76. That is only $2.38 for each bottle. We have done many reviews on cleaning products, but have not done all-purpose cleaners yet. Looking at the ingredient list, it appears to have an ingredient to clean grease and oil, and another that will work more on minerals, what you want in an all-purpose cleaner.
