Wilderness Valley Manuka Honey New Zealand is grown on the Ruatiti Station on the north island of New Zealand, about 30 miles as the crow flies from where I lived for a year. This honey is non-GMO and “medium grade” manuka honey.
There are three main “grading systems” for manuka honey: UMF, MGO, and KFactor. UMF 10+ to UMF 15+ honey is considered to be medium grade.
